How do I get my tapes, etc to you?

When you are ready, reach out via Phone, Text, Email, or Facebook Messenger. We’ll make an appointment, and you will drop your media with me at my home.

What is the normal turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary. All media transfers are recorded in real time so it is 100% dependent on the number of tapes, how much is on them and how many projects I am currently working on.

Will I get my media back when you are done?

Yes, I always return them, with the thumb drive, unless otherwise instructed. If you do not want them back I will recycle them for you.

Do you watch my tapes?

I do not watch your tapes. Your family memories and home videos are your personal moments. I only look to make sure that they recorded well and the sound is working.

Can you repair a broken tape?

I can do basic repairs on most tapes. If the tape has come off the reel or has torn, I will fix it for no charge.

What if I want multiple USB thumb drives?

One thumb drive is free, any additional drives are $7/ea.

What format is the digital file in?

Videos are digitized as Mp4

Photos are digitized as JPG

Documents are digitized as PDF

Do you transfer to DVD?

No, I am currently only transferring to USB.
